Terms & Conditions
Orders can be made directly at www.paar.mx or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Once an order has been confirmed, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order. We reserve the right to deny or cancel orders placed by customers that we believe have violated our Terms and Conditions, or that we suspect may be fraudulent.
Our pieces are carefully handcrafted in our Mexico City workshop soon after online orders are received. Some pieces may be available for immediate delivery. If you need a jewellery piece that is readily available, please contact us to check availability before placing your order.
Payments and security
For online orders we accept payments via PayPal or Stripe. We do not accept checks or money orders. Full payment for each order is required for the order to be processed. Payments in cash, by bank deposit or interbank transfer are possible. For more information please email us at email@example.com. We may use your information for fraud detection and prevention purposes.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders could take up to 30 business days to be produced and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Orders may require your signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for accepting your order upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages, delayed delivery or any other problems that may arise once your order has been shipped. If the shipping company returns your package to us due to non-delivery, you will be asked to cover the cost of reshipping the package.
Shipping in Mexico
Shipping in the Mexican Republic is free of charge on orders from $2,000 MXN. We use several shipping companies, depending on the location and size of parcels.
International shipping is available. PAAR is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees associated with receiving your package. We are not responsible for delays or other inconveniences that may arise during international shipments.
In the event that pricing errors are detected in our online store, we reserve the right to make any corrections without prior notice to customers. Orders placed with erroneous prices may be cancelled. In these cases, a refund will be made for the corresponding amount.
Complaints and suggestions
Any complaint or suggestion can be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. As far as possible, we will try to reach the best possible solution.
Against defects in workmanship, jewellery pieces have a 6-month warranty valid from the shipment date, during which time any repair will be covered by PAAR. The duration of the repair (up to 30 business days) will not be calculated within the warranty period. Once the warranty expires, repairs will be quoted separately.
This warranty is void if the part(s) has been repaired by someone other than PAAR. If the part(s) is/are noticeably bent, shows improper care, or is/are damaged in any other way, the repair will be charged.
Exchanges or returns
We do not accept returns. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs. Resizes are possible if the piece of jewellery is in the same condition as when it was sold. We are not responsible for any jewellery pieces that were not purchased directly from our online store.
Any promotions offered by PAAR will indicate the time period in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or exclusions. PAAR reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice. If a promotion is misused or abused, PAAR has the right to cancel orders associated with it and prohibit the use of any other promotional material by such user(s).
Images on our site
All images on our site are the property of Vicam Diseno SA de CV (PAAR). PAAR provides images of each jewellery piece on the site and strives to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its drawbacks, as the size and colour of images may vary on digital screens and mobile devices. Piece measurements are provided to aid visuals.
Modifications to service or termination of service
PAAR reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof). You agree that PAAR shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You acknowledge that PAAR reserves the right to deactivate accounts, cancel orders and/or refuse to accept orders from users who violate the Terms and Conditions or for any other reason determined by PAAR.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the Service or the Site. You acknowledge that the Site and the Service contain copyrights, trademarks, service marks or other intellectual property of PAAR. Unless otherwise specified, PAAR owns the copyright to the Site, all images on the Site, and all jewelry designs, as well as rights to various trademarks. You agree not to infringe PAAR's intellectual property rights in any way.
