Terms of Service
Returns
We do not accept returns. However, we can offer exchanges, with customers responsible for all associated shipping costs. Resizing services may be available depending on the piece at an additional cost, and provided the piece is in its original condition as when sold. We are not responsible for jewelry items not purchased directly from our online store.
Order Processing
Orders can be placed directly at www.paar.mx or by email (info@paar.mx). Once an order has been confirmed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it. We reserve the right to deny or cancel orders placed by customers that we believe have violated our Terms and Conditions, or that we suspect may be fraudulent.
All our pieces are handcrafted in our Mexico City workshop upon receiving the order and once the payment is confirmed. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, please allow up to 15 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Immediate delivery: Some pieces may be available for immediate delivery. Please contact us at info@paar.mx to receive a list of available items before placing your order.
Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or special promotions), production and delivery times may take longer.
Urgent Orders: We may be able to expedite your order. Please contact us at info@paar.mx to enquire about this option before placing an order.
Shipping Timeframes
Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-5 business days after production is complete.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
We are not responsible for lost packages, delivery delays, or any issues that may occur after your order has been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will be responsible for covering the reshipping costs.
We may need to contact you to request additional information about your address, please keep an eye on your email.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your package, as you are solely responsible for accepting your order.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs processing times and import duties may vary by country. The customer is responsible for paying any associated costs related to customs & duties.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control. We are also not liable for delays or other issues related to customs processing or international transit.
Payment options and security
For online orders we accept credit and debit card payments via PayPal and Stripe. We do not accept checks. We accept manual payment methods (bank transfer or bank deposit). In this case, the order will not be processed until the full payment is received. We may use your information for fraud detection and prevention purposes.

Opening an account on our site can help you have a faster and easier shopping experience. By opening an account, you are allowing us to access some of your personal information. Please read our privacy policy beforehand.
Errors
In the event that pricing errors are detected on our website, we reserve the right to make any corrections without prior notice to customers. Orders placed with erroneous prices may be cancelled. In these cases, a refund will be made for the corresponding amount.
Warranty
Against defects in workmanship, jewellery pieces have a 6-month warranty valid from the shipment date, during which time any repair will be covered by PAAR. The duration of the repair (up to 30 business days) will not be calculated within the warranty period. Once the warranty expires, repairs will be quoted separately. This warranty is void if the part(s) has been repaired by someone other than PAAR. If the part(s) is/are noticeably bent, show improper care, or is/are damaged in any other way, the repair will be charged.
Promotions
Any promotions offered by PAAR will indicate the time period in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or exclusions. PAAR reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice. If a promotion is misused or abused, PAAR has the right to cancel orders associated with it and prohibit the use of any other promotional material by such user(s).
Content on our site
All content, including images on our site are the property of our company Vicam Diseno SA de CV (PAAR). PAAR provides images of each jewellery piece on the site and strives to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its drawbacks, as the size and colour of images may vary on digital screens and mobile devices. Measurements are provided to aid visuals.
Modifications to service or termination of service
PAAR reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof). You agree that PAAR shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You acknowledge that PAAR reserves the right to deactivate accounts, cancel orders and/or refuse to accept orders from users who violate the Terms and Conditions or for any other reason determined by PAAR.
Intellectual Property
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the Service or the Site. You acknowledge that the Site and the Service contain copyrights, trademarks, service marks or other intellectual property of PAAR. Unless otherwise specified, PAAR owns the copyright to the Site, all images on the Site, and all designs, as well as rights to various trademarks. You agree not to infringe PAAR's intellectual property rights in any way.
